I have benefited greatly from Rainer’s book and also his coaching on preparing and practising for executive interviews. His PPI strategy and simple steps provide a step-by-step guide to win interviews. I would definitely recommend his book and coaching for executives who want a step-jump in their interviewing performance.

Very useful and practical book, generated from interviews + Morita's many years of experience in the executive search & coaching market. Very good hints and advise. I consider it especially useful for managers with experience but who, for a variety of reasons, have become "rusty" in job interviews .

The book is only 55 pages, with vague, generalised advice without any real substance, which offers no real practical guidance. The author keeps telling you how great and effective this PPI method is without ever providing any detail, clear self-promotion. I would not recommend this book.

Effective interviewing technique!
A highly recommended effective interviewing technique.The book itself is a short, simple read with the distilled down core ideas that allows the reader to quickly grasp what is essential without getting lost in voluminous distractive details. But these core ideas require plenty of repeated practice until they come off with ease. They make you think and dig deeper into your value system and articulate the value you bring to the interviewer more convincingly. I've had the opportunity to practise these ideas with the author himself and can vouch for their effectiveness.This book is especially useful if you have been out of the job market for a long while and haven't interviewed recently.

Even though it took me only 1 hour to read and learn PPI, it helped to break my old stereotype on how I thought was the best way for interview preparation, gave me winning aspiration and I started to think/act with completely different mindset. key lessons learned:a) Never memorize “perfect answers” instead focus on Keywords! And those keywords should be specific to fit Interviewer/decision maker expectationsb) YOU need to liberate yourself from the wrong perception that asking to “Hire me” is taboo. This was really inspiring and breakthrough!c) I like suggestion to start interview with WHY and start with Value and Who you are to come after.d) Suggestion to talk less and be radically focused on Value/growth agendae) in order to excel in PPI you need to have continuous repetition and rehearse more after rehearsal .Strongly recommend to read!
Fraud and Deception
The so-called book is nothing more than a compilation of less than 25 pages, most of which are filled with copied content, excessive headings, and meaningless repetitions. Calling this a book shows a lack of understanding of what a book truly is.I also made the mistake of seeking consultancy from the author, only to be met with the same level of vacuity as the book, providing no substantial contribution whatsoever.In summary, it appears the author's sole intention behind publishing this book is to self-promote and create an illusion of being an author to gain credibility in the consultancy field. Unfortunately, like many others who have complained, I felt deceived both by the book and the consultancy services.
