We painted several coats, allowing it to dry between each. This approach produced bold colours and there was more than sufficient paint to do so.... in fact she had me in the garden looking for more stones and shells. The spot dabbers work perfectly as well and the 'spillages' were very easy to clear up. Great creative entertainment... and good quality Stones, Paints and Ideas Booklet.

This is a really good painting set for kids and adults. The colours are bright and fun, just like on the front of the box. There are plenty of picture ideas and step by step guides that people can copy. The box is about 20 x 20cm and it’s not too heavy. The manufacturers recommends this kit for ages 10+, but my 6 and 8 year olds have enjoyed using it and not found it too challenging. Helpful tip: the paint stains everything (even varnished wood), so put a protective barrier down before use. I would recommend this paining kit.

This was a bit of fun for two teenagers on a wet cold evening. The colours were good and stones supplied which was a bonus! There on the dusty side but nothing a quick wash doesn’t fix. The instruction book which comes with it is full of ideas and step by step instructions or you can simply do your own thing. Plenty paint left over if you want to look for stones and continue painting. The only suggestion I’d make would be to include a pot of varnish or sealant.

Comes with bright neon colours but not that easy as shown in the picture. Got this for daughter and does not make dots like the picture on box. It smuges. Also the paintbrush are not quality that come with it

Déjà fait un galet la peinture fonctionne correctement sur les galets. Seul problème le livre des explications n’est pas en français. Mais très bon produit dans l’ensemble. Das Set ist nicht zu empfehlen. Es sind 2 grobe Pinseln enthalten, die ein so feines Bemalen gar nicht erlauben. Die Muster in der Beschreibung und auf der Verpackung wurden schlicht mit anderen, professionellen Werkzeugen erzeugt. Da wird jedes Kind vom eigenen Ergebnis und der der Eltern arg enttäuscht. UND eine rein Englische Anleitung für ein 10 jähriges Kind ist auch nicht sehr klever gemacht. Im Netz ist rein nichts zu finden. Danke für die Enttäuschung.
