This slapstick Superhero Manga packs a punch and is FIVE STARS alongside the filler free anime.The manga excels in not taking itself too seriously and is very self aware in the silly side of the Superhero genre, the overarching story can be quite slow but the multiple fight scenes with hilarious Villains and backstories makes it worth the read. Some of the best art I've seen in manga and interesting characters.Definitely the funniest Manga (and Anime) I have seen to date, I will be recommending this to my Naruto mad friend.WOW! WOW! WOW! FIVE STARS!

Love this book. I kept hearing about this manga and thought I'd give it a go but I wasn't expecting it to be this much fun. At its heart is a story about a guy trying to fight some sort of challenge and purpose in his life, but all that is cloaked in a satire of superhero and genre tropes. Santana is such a wonderfully blank character, who is so powerful that he's not even fazed by the constant stream of outlandish and powerful monsters he comes across; forgetting to but the garbage out on collection day is more of an issue for him. With a lead character this powerful I thought I might get bored by him, but I'm anxious to get to the second volume.The art is great- I like the way One Punch Man is visually depicted too- he kind of blandly stands out amongst all the chaos.Even if you're not into manga I would recommend this one. Lots of bonkers action and visuals along with sardonic humour.

My son is 8 and has recently found interest in anime, came across One punch man and really likes it. He finished the book within a couple of days, reading here and there, and is now asking for the next book!

Schon nach den ersten Minuten saß ich wie gefesselt davor und sah mir alle Folgen an einem Tag an. Als ich gelesen habe, dass der Manga noch Bonus-Kapitel beinhaltet musste ich gar nicht lange überlegen und habe mir die ersten beiden Bände bestellt. Heute kam der Dritte bei mir an und morgen folgt der Vierte.Für Leute, die auf viele verschiedene Actionszenen in kurzer Zeit (so, dass es nicht langweilig wird) kombiniert mit witzigen Einlagen stehen, ist diese Reihe absolut das Richtige. Freue mich schon auf die folgenden Bände und die nächste Staffel des Animes.

Si tratta di uno dei manga più divertenti degli ultimi tempi: Saitama è un uomo che ha perso la voglia di continuare a sperare in un futuro decente in un mondo infestato da mostri provenienti da chissà dove; dopo aver salvato un bambino da uno di questi mostri, si ricorda un suo desiderio di quando era piccolo: diventare un super eroe! Si allena con tutto se stesso, tanto da perdere i capelli, e dopo 3 anni diventa l'uomo più forte esistente; tuttavia, sconfiggere tutti i nemici con un singolo pugno, gli provoca noia e tristezza! L'albo è arrivato in condizioni perfette; le misure sono di 11.5x17.5, per tanto vi sconsiglio bustine da 13x18, perché ci "navigherà" dentro, come potete vedere dalla foto. Vi consiglio tremendamente la lettura e, se amate anche gli anime, vi consiglio pure l'anime che è fatto molto bene!
