A great read - the grandchildren love it because its icky to think what he puts in his sister sandwich. Glad to see it back in print. Even my kids who haven't read it for 25 years thought it was good.

This was a childhood favourite of mine so when I saw it on Bolo I knew I wanted to get it for my son. It’s a funny story and has great interactive illustrations. I would suggest it’s a good book for children in primary school age and not nursery age.

A great book which features rhymes. Lots of learning opportunities around healthy eating with the added fun of a bug on each page too! Live how this book is designed to start by looking like bread and finishes up looking like a full sandwich - so clever!

I bought this book for my now adult son when it was first published in 1990. I was excited to see it is being published again as it was a long time family favourite. It is interactive and invites questions and interest without being boring.
Muy didáctico
Es una versión rara de comerse un sandwich... la idea es genial pero incluye cosas raras que un nino travieso le pone. Se va abriendo y armando el sandwich conforme avanza la historia.
Toddler loved it, stimulates her to want more books.
Original. My two and and a half year old loved it. Flaps inside book are strong no problem of ripping. I recommend this book.
