Packed full of first hand stories and situations for hirng managers to consider, and coupled with advice and solutions to move your hiring process forward.I think if you work in recruitment, you'll see a lot of parallels with companies you work with too, and have a few extra thoughts and stories to tell your clients.It's seriously a great book, and one I will be referring too into the future.

So excited for the release of this new book from Katrina Collier: as with her previous book which was aimed at Recruiters, this book (written for Hiring Managers) intends to be part educational and part hands-on guide.Talking through in a natural flow all the ways Hiring Managers can test, tweak, improve their recruitment muscles will benefit their stakeholder relationships and better protect jobseekers and employers reputations alike.Definitely one for the staff library! 📚
