Un libro piacevole, discreta iconografiaBuono per una iniziale conoscenza del mezzo

Buenas fotos.

C.A. · 31 May 2021

Well illustrated book on the kettenkrad.

Quite well illustrated. The larger format allows a good selection of photos.

Great booklet! Describe engineering aspects, many photos in action.

B.B. · 12 November 2020

Wonderful 48-page booklet! The text describes the development of the "Kettenkrad" prototypes and technical details of its design. There are also detailed descriptions of the transmission, running gear, steering fork, and steering mechanism. Pages 16 - 22 contain text and diagrams explaining the engineering aspects of the vehicle. Page 47 contains a tabulation of dimensions, weights, and performance data. The remainder of the booklet features black and white photos of the vehicle in action in North Africa, many in the Eastern Front, and a few in Italy, the Balkans, and with mountain troops in the Caucasus. There are also a couple of photos of "Kettenkrads" preserved in museums. Page 8 features a single photo of the prototype larger 5-seat "Kettenkrad" of 1945.
