I have had quite a rough time for a few years and I really needed a way to get a lot of feelings out and I tried journalling before but it never quite stuck. It started with a sort of writers block but I've found that using writing prompts or dedicating pages to memories works so well. I've got some pretty washi tapes I've used to keep tickets to things I've enjoyed or recipes. It's more than just the book of all the things that bother me to a book of me and my life. It's made it easier to write about things that bother me too. The magnet is holding the book together great, even after lots of tape and pictures weighing it down. You deserve a beautiful journal to keep your thoughts in, that makes you look forward to writing more!

The outside cover design gives a therapeutic approach to the author before settling down to writing about the journal's topic. the colours create a smile on my face and I look forward to using this journal. Recommended to any person wanting to record precious moments/experiences:)

This journal is so pretty I haven't even dared write anything in it yet. I just love looking at it! You feel like you have to treat it respectfully, with neat handwriting and high end pen. A journal made for total safe keeping, not for scribbling and forgetting. Note to self: would make a beautiful present, what with all the various designs.

Beautiful cover, and really nice quality
There are no negatives with this item. It's all good.The cover art is a beautiful rendition of Japanese maple in fall colours. The magnetic cover works well and holds the journal closed securely. The paper quality is really good, and thick enough that it would also work well with fountain pens or liquid gel type pens. Regular ink pens would obviously present no challenges. The printed lines on the pages is subtle, but easily visible to guide your writing... though not so obvious to be distracting when reading the contents afterwards.A very nice hard cover journal, and I do recommend it.

I love it. It’s a beautiful journal, exactly as advertised, and smells so good and new. I just wish it was college ruled instead of wide ruled, but that’s not a big deal. The pages are excellent quality, the paper is super smooth and luxe.
