This is a decent book which I purchased as I am a clinician and one of my hobbies is kick-boxing. I personally am not so interested in the strike techniques and I feel that this book could do without them, however, if you aren't a martial arts practitioner I can see how these strike suggestions might be useful.There isn't the physiological depth that I would have liked, but the basics are there from which you can build an interest in fighting anatomy. I do recommend this book as a method of understanding your target selection when fighting, but I am reluctant to recommend this book if you are planning to learn fighting styles from it.

Very informative, this book is a more advanced deeper look into the first dragons touch. More detailed and an educational read, as i am studying Biology this was very interesting. This book has helped me realise there is more to the human Anatomy than i realised and happy i bought it. Also doing a side of Martial Arts lessons i can learn more and more.

Not as good as Original Book
This book has many pages which are the poses and "boxer" style positions which are a waste to the individual who has Advanced Training or Skills. I will keep it for my library. The point's of attack are not nearly as clear or strong as the "Dragons Touch" (original).

We can call a rematch, after all, the content is the same, however, the images with the execution of the movement was worse than the previous one, the first images were of poor quality, this, the drawings make the situation worse, both editions serve only to beginning teachers with a certain view of what is being read. Good anatomy book, but unnecessary on my shelf. Trash.
