This is a great cookbook: probably my favourite just now. We made the Puttanesca last night and it was delicious yet completely simple to assemble. Folded page corners is my own aide-memoire to how many of the recipes we have made, this book has many, and every one of them was a success.

As a vegetarian I find it very confusing about the best way to include protein in my diet, and worry too about my children getting all the nutrients they need. This book makes it so clear, and simplifies how to eat. The recipes are going down a storm in our house.

Pointless book...opened packaging and flicked through once...boring same old recipes...no meal ideas...lots of dips, snacks, bites...yawn! Went straight back in packaging and returned!
