It did not cover tummy bloating. As I had that at the time of purchasing the book was disappointed. Seemed to cover a lot of women's health.

i am also looking for a book with more information re hysterectomy, ie 5mm lining of womb, i am very confused about all my problems. since march i have had baby scan also probe also 2 hysteroscopys one with and without anesthetic. also mri because i have cervex stenosis need a book to answer questions of what would happen in the future, as the drs say they cannot do anything re the above un less i bleed again. as i say i am very confused re this for my future pelvis health. need small book too maybe answer queries. thankyou ms p l rooney.

I've read through the parts that interested me most and have already put some things into practice. I don't know yet if they'll work, but they have been really informative. I've certainly learned a lot more about my condition from this book than I have from any of the doctors I've seen. I just wish the book was longer!! Also, there are several references that the writer makes to her other books, instead of just giving the information directly, which is a pity. Otherwise, an excellent resource that I expect to be using for years to come - I wish I'd had it years ago.

Excellent
Excellent Book for Women Trying to Conceive
I bought this book 2 years ago when I was trying to conceive. The doctors gave up on us and told me that my only hope was invitro. I then began extensive research and stumbled upon this book. I have fibroids and endometriosis severely and had two laporascopies. I was losing hope fast. After I began reading the book, I slowly started making the dietary adjustments suggested(eliminating wheat products and red meat). I started to feel slightly better each month during my periods and I started to feel hopeful about conceiving... I asked God for direction and I know he led me to this book--he also answered my prayers. I now have an eighth month old baby and I'm doing better. I slacked off after giving birth, but i just started to read this book again--my symptoms have returned due to poor dieting. This book is truly a great buy!
