Having completed the Six Pack Revolution I was so excited when Scott told us about the launch of this book. It gives EVERYONE an insight into the nutrition in his hugely successful program. This booked is packed with easy to follow delicious, quick, healthy and family friendly recipes that are balanced, clean and lean.The Six Pack Revolution is not a diet - it’s a nutritional plan that has helped me lose weight but more importantly rid me of stomach sensitivities, reduced my blood pressure and generally improved my physical and mental wellbeing. The book contains some exercise plans too and having already completed a wave of SPR I know that these can be done at home and when combined with the nutrition will get you positive results. Honestly - this book could be life changing for you. If you are doing a wave of SPR you will get access to even more recipes and exercise plans. If you’re not then hopefully this book will encourage you to join a wave and learn even more. Either way, having this recipe book in your kitchen is a must!

I bought this book a couple of weeks ago and it’s the best investment I have made in a long time. Lots of scrummy recipes that are easy to follow and focus on basically unprocessing your life. I used the book for about a week, my resting heart rate came down and I have already seen a change in my belly fat. I’ve joined Scott’s SPR challenge as a result of trying out his book. First week in and I’m feeling great and know I’m going to get fab results as well as my health back. So in the space of two weeks I already have results, one week just using the book the second joining SPR.Buy it, you won’t regret it.

This is the only ‘new year new you’ book you’ll need!I’ve just completed the October 23 wave of the Six Pack Revolution and the whole plan is life changing. I loved everything about the SPR plan so just had to have the book also.This book is excellent for anyone wishing to change their relationship with food and adopt a healthier lifestyle. It has all of the information you need, it’s full of delicious recipes which are all quick and easy to prepare. There are exercise challenges with full colour photos to explain how to do them along with warm up and cool down exercises. It’s amazing!Just buy it, you won’t be disappointed.

The Six Pack Revolution is an absolute game changer! I have taken part in 3 waves of the plan online and I will be going straight in to the next one! The book gives you a huge insight into the program and is a great keepsake to continue with this lifestyle after the program has finished. Or, can be used on its own to get you started onto this amazing life-changing journey.The online plan is amazing - you get all the recipes, all the weekly challenges and the ongoing, daily support from a coach and two assistant coaches for the full 75 days in a private Facebook group! The group is made up of approximately 100 participants where you get to share the experience with like-minded people - the group support is amazing!!This book is outstanding and has been written perfectly to explain and set out this life changing plan and life style - enjoy everyone - you gonna love it 😊

I've completed a few waves of The Six Pack Revolution, so I new what to expect. Happily surprised by a range of new recipes – all of which are very clearly explained.There are a few great thing about the six pack diet: the meals a pretty quick to prepare; they use everyday ingredients available at a standard high street supermarket; there is plenty of variety – where else can you eat a variety of curries and sweet and sour chicken and still lose weight!Having all the recipes in a nice compact volume makes it easy to use in the kitchen and to take with you if you are travelling. My only minor gripe would be that some of the recipes don't have pictures, but its not worth taking a star off for.The exercises at the back are well thought out and effective. Great for when you are not on a wave, but still want to stay in SPR shape.It's life-changing stuff. One of the best £10 investments you could ever make in your own health and wellbeing.

Easy to follow recipes, with clear colour photos - great for someone like me who doesn't like cooking complicated meals.Tasty, colourful meals that contain healthy, unprocessed ingredients. The meals give me energy and stop me feeling sluggish.Useful tips on lots of the recipes.I'm not a huge exercise fan, so the photos and detailed descriptions are useful to show me how it should be done. Lots of them seem do-able even for a couch potato like me 😂Highly recommend 🙂

Appear good recipes and concept is healthy my only niggle as with all cook books and when eating out, is that I wish I could have the carb count to help me decide what’s the amount of insulin needed. A bit lazy but you know they will have worked it out, so would have been nice not to have to look it all up.

Delicious Recipes and Excellent Fitness/Health Tips

This book is a really terrific resource if you are excited about eating delicious, healthy foods with lots of variety and easy to prepare meals. It’s also an excellent go-to reference for exercise and fitness. My husband and I successfully completed the Six Pack Revolution September Signature Wave so already tried most of the recipes in this book that were shared with us as part of the program. We absolutely enjoyed them all! We definitely have our favorites but were never disappointed by any of the recipes. We both ate 3 meals and 3 snacks every day and were never hungry while losing weight, but more importantly gaining muscle and tone. Not only that, comparing bloodwork lab values from before and after the 75-day program, there was dramatic improvement in cholesterol and A1C (average blood sugar levels over time). We are so happy to have our Six Pack Revolution information compiled in this wonderful book. We are looking forward to continuing with these recipes and the January Sculpt wave.

A well thought out program in a beautiful book

I have discovered the Six Pack Revolution program in 2023 and did it twice. It is a wonderful and fun experience, hard work but very rewarding. It works to get in shape and loose weight in a healthy and sustainable way. I am really excited that there is a book to go with the program now. All the recipes are delicious, healthy, easy and a nice verity. I have tried most of them, although there are several brand new ones. Given that most people who would buy this book are either SPR participants or future participants, it would have been so helpful to code the book recipes with the ‘phase’ of the program. I would be doing that by hand to make it more usable for me.There is also exercise section in the book, and that is helpful.I would recommend this book and the program to anyone. An amazing investment in your health.Edit: Another useful thing would have been to include a detailed ‘like for like swaps’ section in the book, just as it is in the program. Things like swapping quantities of vegetarian protein (tofu is 1.5 palm, or can of legumes) are not specifically addressed. The same goes for healthy fats - in what quantities to swap oils with nuts/seeds, etc.
