About the Author
Tom Fletcher is a number-one bestseller and one of the UK's most popular children's authors.
The Christmasaurus was the biggest debut middle-grade novel of 2016 and was shortlisted for a British Book Award. Since then, Tom has published several more chart-topping children's novels including The Christmasaurus and the Winter Witch, The Christmasaurus and the Naughty List, The Creakers and the instant number-one bestseller The Danger Gang.
Tom also writes the incredibly successful Who's in Your Book? picture-book series and is one half of the author duo behind the Dinosaur that Pooped picture-book series too, which has sold over 1.5 million copies.
For older readers, Tom co-authors the Eve of Man series with his wife Giovanna Fletcher.

I can’t believe I just paid £6.95 for a free world book day book. My own fault for not realising it states that the book is a mini book. The story itself is fab, we love Tom Fletcher books so for that, 5 stars. But it is soul destroying knowing I just paid almost £7 for this 🫣

A wolf appears inside your book. What will happen next you decide?A story within a story with familiar characters from previous book.An interactive storybook, ideal for sharing. The pictures are colourful. The text has describing words, font varies and changes direction.The size of the book is smaller but tells a lovely complete story.My son thoroughly enjoyed listening to this story. He joined in with the actions and found part of the story amusing.He was eager to get this book for World Book Day, luckily it was in stock yesterday.

I was aware before purchasing this book, it was a small book. Small in size and length. But that doesn’t take anything from the story. The story is simple, fun and interactive. My 3 year old loved it and laughed many times. He gets to interact with story and characters. He learns new words like tickle and gave ideas of fun new games to play.

These books are great.... but this one is very small.... I get it that it is a world book day version and only costs a pound, it was just a little disappointing.

Kids love this series (Dragon, Witch, Alien, Monster in your book) so getting this for a pound was a no brainer. The interactive parts never fail to bring about delighted giggling.

It's a nice story, as are the others in the series. I purchased the World Book Day one and didn't realise the book is tiny 🤣 You can't gift it as the Free World Book Day sticker cannot be removed. A nice size to pop into a changebag or leave in the car etc.

My 3 year old loves this book! She loves that she can get involved in reading it and has asked for the others for her birthday! This is her new favourite bedtime story! I can’t wait to see her face when she gets the rest!

My grandson absolutely loved the book, he already has one of the others in the series. The book is great for kids as they have to interact with the story doing tasks. I have now bought others by Tom Fletcher and put away for Christmas.
