I recently purchased this Driving Theory Test book, and it turned out to be the best decision for my preparation. The content is clear, well-structured, and very easy to follow. Every topic is explained in detail, with plenty of practice questions that closely match the real exam.What I liked most is that the book doesn’t just give you answers — it helps you understand the reasoning behind each rule, which made me much more confident while practicing, this thing you can’t find on mobile applications. I used it daily for 2 weeks, and when I sat for my test, I passed with 100% marks on the first attempt!If you are serious about clearing your driving theory test, I cannot recommend this book enough. It’s reliable, comprehensive, and definitely worth the investment.Highly recommended for learners who want to pass with confidence.

If you're looking to pass the theory test for HGV (Heavy Goods Vehicles) or PCV (Passenger Carrying Vehicles) then this is the only book you need, assuming you already have a copy of 'The Highway Code' and 'Know Your Traffic Signs'.I also purchased the official DVSA guides to Driving Goods Vehicles and Driving Buses and Coaches but you don't need to buy them if you're just looking to pass the theory test. A lot of the information is duplicated from the theory test book, so I would only suggest buying them if you intend to become a HGV/Bus driver for a living, and want to swot up on your chosen profession.I read this book cover-to-cover and it contains chapters with information followed by example theory test questions, with the answers contained in the back of the book.If you're an experienced driver and have a good knowledge of The Highway Code, then most of the test is common sense. I'd say about 25% of the test is specialist knowledge specific to HGV/Bus drivers, which you might not necessarily know as a car driver. For example, the rules on drivers' hours and tachographs, and taking into consideration height, width, weight and length limits on vehicles, as this can restrict your available routes.I recently passed the multiple choice PCV test scoring 95/100 (pass mark is 85) and I completed the test in 40 minutes. If you learn the material well, you'll sail through it. I also passed the hazard perception test first time but that was the trickier of the two, for me personally.I subscribed to the online hazard perception test training on the DVSA website which I highly recommend (you'll obtain a 10% discount code from buying this book). I considered the app as well but it had a lot of negative reviews and given the test is taken on a desktop computer in the test centre, I think it's best to practice on a computer to simulate test conditions.I passed my first mock hazard perception test but then failed several tests after that, so it definitely paid off for me to practice the hazard perception test before going to the test centre. You get feedback on where you went right/wrong on the tests so you can start to understand how they are scoring you.I was spotting ALL of the hazards but the problem was that I was sometimes clicking far too early, so I wasn't picking up any marks. With a few practice tests, you'll start to understand when you need to click to pick up points. It's a bit of a silly system which needs updating, but it's just one of those hoops you have to jump through.Good luck!

I have just started to read.Driver's hours pages 71-77 of information. 6 pagesQuestions are from page 80 - 101. 21 pagesThere is no! information, on how many hours driving verses breaks over 1 day or a week.I have the app. I had hoped this would teach me. Waste of money! Don't buy.
