great book

4.0 out of 5 stars Well written, contains decent monthly guides.

J. · 8 June 2025

Has good monthly guides. My only quibble is that the sky maps have black print on a blue background, which is the most difficult combination to read- still usable but hard work.

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for anyone interested in the night sky.

T. · 31 December 2024

I enjoy night sky photography and have used this to plan my 2025 calendar. It includes a useful moon guide which I have found better than most apps I have used, plus dark sky locations and the dates of meteor showers. I’ve also learnt a few things around timings in the year I wasn’t aware of previously. Although the web can be a great resource, I find it useful to have a printed guide too.
